Cancellation
It is hereby notified to all customers that in accordance with our cancellation policy, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the placing time by informing us via the support email: [email protected]. Any cancellation request received after the aforementioned deadline shall not be approved.
Return & Exchange
Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not stock items. Once an item is printed, unfortunately, it cannot be used for any purpose.
Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at NO CHARGE.
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
The product is flawed/missing items.
You received damaged/faulty items.
The products you received are different from the product originally represented on our site.
Please send us an email athttps://999custom.com/with a photo of the product you received as well as any more detailed shots you’d like to include (this is a must). We will utilize this information to seek a substitute and prevent future mistakes. Your claim will be reviewed by our customer care staff. If it is accepted, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you unless we will refund the payment to you.
* Special Note: Any returns without following our instructions will not be accepted and we will not support you if you return the order to the address on the package!
Refunds
Once your requirement for refunds is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty days.
NOTE: Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is posted.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS IF:
You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
The item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
The customer does not like the material.
The customer noted wrong/lack of custom information or chose the wrong size of item(s) on the orders.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
The item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied to their coupon code.
