If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you.
It is hereby notified to all customers that in accordance with our cancellation policy, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the placing time by informing us via support email: [email protected]. Any request of cancellation received after the aforementioned deadline shall not be approved.
Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please keep the shipping label in case of incidents.
Do NOT return the order by your own before contacting us via our supporting email first. All returns must be approved by our support team prior to being sent. Do NOT use the returned address on the shipping label. It’s just for shippers, NOT recipients.
After receiving your request, we will review and respond to you via your email address ASAP.
Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately it cannot be used for any purpose.
They will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, If the quality of printing is poor, if your purchase does not match the description
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at [email protected] – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation
Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that was washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty days.
NOTE: Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is posted.
