🔄 Orders & Customization

❓ Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — but only within 1 hour of placing your order. Since we start production quickly, changes or cancellations after this window may not be possible.

❓ Do you accept custom design requests?

Yes! We love custom ideas. Visit our Custom Request Page to submit your design or personalization instructions. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day.

❓ Can I personalize the product with a name or message?

Absolutely. Many of our products support personalized text or names — just select the “Personalize” option on the product page and enter your custom text.

👕 Products & Sizing

❓ What type of printing do you use?

We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for clothing, and sublimation printing for mugs and tumblers — ensuring vibrant, long-lasting results.

❓ How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own to get the best fit.

❓ Will the colors look exactly like the product images?

Due to screen calibration differences and production tolerances, slight color variations may occur. We do our best to represent product colors accurately.

❓ How long does shipping take?

❓ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is available for all orders over $99 USD (after discount, before taxes), worldwide.

Yes, we ship globally! Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local postal services.

❓ Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes — your card provider may allow payment in your local currency, depending on region and settings. Currency conversion is handled by your bank or card issuer.

💬 Returns & Refunds

❓ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos. If the error is on our end, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost.

❓ Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons like changing your mind, incorrect size, or wrong color selected by the customer.
