Refund and Returns Policy

At 999Custom, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom-made products. Since all items are made-to-order, our return and refund policy applies only in specific cases.

1. Eligible Return Reasons

We accept refund or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery for the following issues:

• The item is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item or size (due to our error)
• There is a significant manufacturing or printing flaw

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• You ordered the wrong size, color, or design
• Minor differences in color or placement due to print process
• You changed your mind after placing the order

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Depending on the reason for the return:

✅ If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item, printing error, defective item):

• We cover the return shipping cost or
• In most cases, we do not require you to return the item — we simply ask for photos as proof

❌ If the return is due to customer’s error (e.g., ordered wrong size, wrong address, buyer’s remorse):

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (if return is accepted)

Note: Because our items are custom-printed, returns not related to our error may not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Refund Methods

Once approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Replacements will be sent with no extra cost for qualifying cases

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellation may not be possible.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, contact us. We will investigate and offer a refund or reshipment if the carrier confirms the package was lost.
